During that time, Dr. Juste was on the verge of failing school, was demotivated, and almost ready to give up; but something kept motivating her to move forward, and she is witnessing the fruits of that determination to date. With big dreams in her eyes, Dr. Juste looked to her community for help, allowing her to learn and work hard. The journey was challenging, with many sleepless nights and numerous struggling moments, but she persevered, hoping to overcome the weak points in her studies. Her hard work finally paid off, and her academic record started to improve. Dr. Juste learned the importance of guidance and tutoring from her times as a child struggling to keep up with school and went on a mission to help as many students as possible. After leaving Saint Monica, she started working as a 3rd-grade teacher at Miami Dade County Public School, where she also served as a math, science, and reading coach.
